Great service and staff! The entertainment and shows were really good aside from the COVID regulations. Thank you to Osvaldo, excellent bartender. The food was also amazing and diverse, definitely look forward to attending again. Me and my family had a great time.
The beach and vegetation looks amazing and the hotel is always clean and has a nice environment. Although there weren't many activities for guests to participate in the staff was amazing, especially Giada, Lilo, Beatrice, Bianyi and Tania. They really made the vacation a god experience overall.
This was not our first time stay here but it may be our last. we fully understand there are a lot of new complications with the growing pandemic going on in the world but the entire place has gone down hill. Food is bad, drinks are worse, workers looked miserable, shows were horrible to watch. Normally my kids favourite things to do were go to the mini club and watch their entertainment team "friends" in the nightly shows and now they didn't even want to go to either. Because we speak only English were felt we were looked down on a lot because none of the other entertainment team spoke English or at least pretended they didn't to me and my family. We miss Alana, Vanessa, and Chloe. Definitely not the same without them. Very disappointed as this was usually our favourite family vacation spot.
