The view and location are great - and overall quality of the rooms is good. But the service and "attention to details" is lacking - and we left the hotel disappointed. We chose this hotel to celebrate last evening of 2020 with good food, service and "problem free"...unfortunately the hotel did not live up to its promise.
The food items was OK – but the full menu was served in cardboard boxes and plastic – and bamboo knife and fork. IWhen we asked if we could get a plate to eat from as well as a knife and fork the answer was a simple “no” – and “we don’t use that in Room service”.
The bottle of red wine that we ordered with the meal came ICECOLD directly from a refrigerator (no way near a temperature you would ever serve a red wine)
The day after we had pre-booked breakfast at the room.... but it didn’t arrive. First after 2 phone calls and 50 minutes late – the brought the breakfast – with one cup of “semi-hot” coffee. This time the breakfast was served in a total of 14 cardboard boxes and paper cups (for 2 people) .
At check-out we mentioned our complaints – and the receptionist apologized and gave a discount on the food. Her understanding and friendly attitude was professional and very much appreciated (so positive feedback to the people at the reception at check-out!)
We chose Radisson Collection Royal Hotel for the view, great service, good quality and self-indulgence... we got the view... the rest was (unfortunately) missing. Not close to a 5-star experience!
Fantastic stay at our local design Radisson hotel; extremely helpful and friendly staff ; upgraded to top floor junior suite as recognized Gold member; amazing views , great in-room breakfast. All in all, a wonderful short getaway 🙏🤗
Very nice hotel in the middle of Copenhagen..We leved on the 20th floor what a view..Delicious evening menu ,but the night menu was nothing to clap for it was heated in the micro oven and was expensive compared to what you expected fore a 5 star hotel.. But we would highly recommend this hotel and ve will definitely come again....
