My flight to Reykjavik was canceled and the airline offered me one night at this hotel because the next flight was the next day. The lady at the reception was very kind, but some waiters gave me to understand that I did not have money to pay for a dinner. I do not usually write negative things, but I am old enough for a badly educated young man to treat me badly. I don't think I have to go around with hanging gold chains to show others that I have the economic capacity to pay for a dinner in a cheap hotel.
To finish I would like to say that the coffee in this hotel is horrible and they served me cold, a shame!
I have been staying at several Radisson hotels over the years.
This is an rather old one and we payed for a superior room. (Would not go lower than that)
It was low price and you get what you pay for I guess. No air conditioning in our room.
It was very clean, nice staff and good breakfast. When you also get free parking it is a good choice if you are on a budget.
Next door to the metro so very easy to get to down town, and short walk to the beach.
The hotel is located on the outside of Greater Copenhagen, BUT with a metro-station right next door.
The service was okay, but the rooms were small and the furniture old.
The lounge area was okay but the food in the restaurant was quite nice.
If you are spending a day or two in Copenhagen, then don't go to this hotel - pick something in the heart of the city.
