The hotel was great, friendly staff and a very clean room. They also offer a travel service from the airport to the hotel and back again, at a reasonable price. The one downside was that we didn't really get a good view from the window in the room, what we did get was a view of the maintenance area which from there we couldn't even see the sky! Overall it was a pleasant stay, with no other issues.
Overall this is a nice hotel. We had a small issue with check in which seemed to be a technical issue but was resolved quickly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was included in the room and was a nice selection
Only problem I had was I booked a double room, but we were given a twin
We spent 10 days in Prague, meetings and some site seeing - this hotel is a great base. Service was as good as anywhere I have been and the cleanliness and attention to detail outstanding. Breakfast is quite a feast and the bar and bar person very welcoming. The architecture of the building is interesting and makes the dining area quite special. Hotel also links with an excellent taxi service so you can have your own tours.
