Jalta made us feel so welcome and everything was spot on! Staff was absolutely brilliant. Hotel was so clean and We loved everything! Definitely will be back. Thank you for making us feel welcome and special .
We would both really recommend this hotel it was amazing and the customer service we received was outstanding. We had a view off Wenceslas Square and champagne on arrival. The room was lovely and had a great breakfast selection included.
Stayed in a superior room, which was huge ( it was room 601 which is the disabled room so not sure if other rooms are as big). Balcony doors opened onto Wenceslas Square but it wasn’t too noisy .
We did find the room hot, and were unable to turn the radiator off. We asked reception to sort but nothing was done, so had to keep the doors open at night.
Breakfast had a really good selection. Typical local dishes as well as bacon, sausage etc, cold meats, cheese and some great apple cakes. It’s served until 11.00 am at the weekend which is great.
Cocktails were really good and only worked out at £7 each which we thought was reasonable., although there was a shortage of staff to make the cocktails on our first evening.
Would recommend for the weekend. Easy walk to the old town and near the Metro station so easy to get too and from the airport by Metro and bus.
