Duo Hotel

I found hotel duo on my first trip outside the United states when I became lost and out of contact late at night. A stranger on the street kindly called a taxi, the driver dropped me at the nearest hotel which was duo, and the staff helped me to connect with my host in Prague, even loaning me an umbrella so that my host could recognize me in the nearby metro station. I thought the hotel would cost a fortune when I arrived, it is that nice, but it was surprisingly affordable. The hotel and my room were immaculate. Its been almost two years, but was remembering my trip just now, and the friendly helpful people at hotel duo and in this area of town which is an easy ride on Prague's wonderful metro from the tourist center.

I had a lovely time at this hotel, the service was great, all the staff were very helpful, the place was very clean and the area is beautiful. Mohamed Ahmadi the receptionist in particular was amazing with us, thank you Mohamed for making our trip so delightful and for helping us with everything we needed. Yaser the manager too treated us amazing and saw that all of our needs and wants were met. Could not recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning.

Nice clean hotel. We rang front desk for extra pillows and they were delivered to us within 10 minutes, very impressive. House keeping did good jobs, very clean room every day. The only improvement would be the two short waitress at breakfast. When we approached the two short waitress and said 'Good morning' everyday, they never smile or said 'Good morning' back, very rude. The only one did was the tall waitress, very friendly. The front desk staff, housekeeping staff and the tall waitress tried hard to welcome us. I am not sure the two short waitress, just want to point out saying 'good morning' and 'smile' are free, a very basic courtesy. We tried not to let them ruining my stay though.
