I wish I had planned for a longer stay at this great hotel, its location in the heart of Prague and closeness to metro station, train station and major points of interest makes it a great choice for everyone. The entire staff could not have been more pleasant, kind and accommodating, the hotel, bar and restaurants were spotless and we felt very safe staying there. My massage at the end of the day was the best I have had in years. Definitely look forward to staying there again.
Stayed recently at the Hotel Alcron - the whole experience was really fantastic from start to finish. From our arrival, Tomas made us feel so welcome and when we had an issue with the window closing in our room, he took care of it immediately and when it wasn't able to be resolved that evening, he moved us to another room without haste. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfortable. Plenty of space in the rooms. The staff are what makes this experience next level though. Great location for exploring Prague - would highly recommend.
Best class hotel in Prague...rooms and business rooms with class, fine restaurant and very good bar..central location next to all hotspots in Prague...the hotel can be fully recommended..everything ok...
