… that makes this particular hotel so special for me and unable to resist?
Well, apart from the spectacular views, the relaxation, the delicious variety of food and the enticing swimming pool, it’s the staff and the service they provide.
The first time I stayed at this hotel, many years ago now, I knew this was the one for me and standards appear to improve with each return visit.
The staff, some of whom have worked there for several years, are extremely caring, helpful and friendly, There is nothing like being welcomed by familiar faces, resulting in that home from home feeling.
The hotel has many regular guests each year, returning for their special holiday. That speaks volumes.
Another return visit in 2021? I certainly hope so.
I have been going to the Azia Resort & Spa with my wife for over 25 years & wouldn't consider any other hotel for a holiday in Paphos. Azia has had many renovations since we started going there & consistently improved facilities for their guests The views from the hotel are spectacular especially the sunsets from sea view rooms. The food at every meal time is superb, well prepared with so much choice. All the hotel staff are really efficient, friendly & always ready to assist to make your holiday special . Nikos the reception manager & Nicolleta the GM's assistant are a great asset to the hotel. We have really missed meeting Iounna the guest relation manager & Nino the restaurant manager who are two very special employees that must be retained at all cost .Our flights were cancelled this year due to the virus, but have already reserved our holiday for next, so keeping fingers crossed for the all clear. Looking forward to seeing all our friends at the Azia next year & wish you all a Merry Christmas & healthy 2021.
We have enjoyed many holidays at the Azia and were lucky enough to manage to get there again this year. What makes the Azia so special? Apart from the delicious food, the location, the peaceful surroundings - whilst there are newer, flashier hotels with more facilities, restaurants and pools, the key to the Azia’s unique success is down to the commitment of all the staff, both customer-facing and behind the scenes. They ensure that all guests have a wonderful holiday and we look forward to returning and seeing these lovely people again in 2021.
