Bluesun hotel Neptun All inclusive is an All Inclusive hotel just steps from the beach on Croatia's Dalmatian Coast. A short walk away is the small but popular village of Tucepi. Having emerged as a destination for travellers in the '60s, it's long been known for its shingle beach and promenade that stretches to the neighbouring resort of Podgora. The hotel was partly renovated in 2017. It has an outdoor pool with an integrated section for children, and a pool bar. You'll also have the option to visit the indoor pool at Hotel Alga, a short walk away. As well as swimming and sunbathing, you can use the tennis courts if you fancy getting a game in. Throughout the day, you can take advantage of the All Inclusive offering at the hotel. Main meals are available in the buffet restaurant from early morning until mid-evening, while snacks are offered at one of the hotel's bars later in the afternoon. If you're feeling peckish, afternoon tea and biscuits are served daily. A selection of organised activities, such as exercise classes, are available throughout the day. In the evenings, you can choose to relax on your balcony or terrace, or watch the nightly shows organised by the entertainment team. The local town has stores that stock everything from daily provisions to souvenirs. Guests at Bluesun hotel Neptun All inclusive can also use the onsite shop, which sells items for the beach and other holiday essentials.
As well as being on Tucepi beach, this hotel is a short walk from some popular spots. It's on the Makarska Riviera, a popular stretch of coastline in Croatia which has plenty of coves and small villages to explore. Along the promenade, it's a 1km walk into Tucepi, while the town of Podgora is 4km away. Alternatively, there are several buses that run between the neighbouring towns during the week. Tucepi has a variety of tavernas, or konoba, as Croatians call them. As well as international options, these restaurants serve traditional dishes, with a heavy focus on freshly caught fish and seafood. Further afield is Croatia's second largest city, Split, which you can visit for a day trip. Here you'll find a wide variety of attractions, including Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The hotel's buffet restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Late risers can choose a second breakfast sitting. Water, soft drinks, local juice, draught beer, wine and Croatian brandy are available in the bars from mid-morning until late at night. Midnight snacks are offered, too.
The entertainment team runs daily kids' and teens' clubs. You can play a game of table tennis or pool, and take part in organised games.
Rooms at Bluesun Neptun are decorated in a simple style. As well as air conditioning, you'll have a TV with satellite channels.
Bluesun Neptun has a small shop where you can buy beach equipment, postcards, summer clothes and various accessorises.

We had a very relaxing stay at Bluesun Neptun Hotel. It was our first time to Croatia - it did not disappoint - with the stunning setting of mountains and sea! While it was not the romantic break we might have liked, as it was crowded with kids, the noise and activity just melted away with the constant scenic views and lovely pool and sea right in front!
Also plenty shops and restaurants all along the beachfront. The hotel caters well for kids and they seemed very happy! Also the staff were mostly friendly and helpful, no issues. It was unfortunately hard to strike up conversations as they were wearing masks because of Covid, but I admire their perseverance. The way they dealt with the food and cleanliness of areas was superb.
The negatives at this hotel was there was only one restaurant for all meals and not the greatest food. The drinks were virtually undrinkable - both the soft drinks and alcohol, so we bought our own and went out to eat a few times. We had read the reviews beforehand and were expecting this, so it wasn’t a shock.
The activity program was fantastic. This is what really made the holiday for me. There were kids games, but what I enjoyed was the yoga and daily aqua classes. Sejla headed the team and she did yoga with me most days - I especially got up early for breakfast to be able to get to her for yoga, as it was very beneficial - she went at my pace. We did it under the trees with the mountains above, so it was tranquil. She and her team also did aqua classes and I thoroughly enjoyed these - very energising and fun! So I recommend to give these a try - you won’t be sorry - Sejla is lovely and will take care of you!
Loved our stay here. Staff were so helpful. Food was lovely although choice slightly limited. The hotel and grounds were spotless throughout, big well done to all cleaning/ground staff. Would highly recommend 👍👍
Perfect location, clean hotel, nice and always smiling staff ready to help, nice quality of food (maybe except the sea fruits - there were not several different ones during our stay but really good so this is the only thing I would not recommend), tasty wine. Big plus for an outside shower next to the pool to use after visiting the sea. Because of the covid there was some restriction in the hotel, mostly seen at the restaurant - u could not take your food by yourself - there is staff who is putting it on your plate but that's not a big deal. Dissapointed about the animation - aquaaerobic was disastrous - the moves of thw eterntainment werw nice but to dance zumba not to do in the pool. Both of animators were smiling but non of them spend their time to talk to the guessts. It would be nice if there could be some music during the day on the pool because therw is nothin going on. In the hotel there is also a gym, it's quite ok but there would be nice if there would be some mats available. Would be great if there would be a streching or yoga classes during the day.
Hotel is nice, clean and in the end despite some things we didn't like I would recommend it.
