Good value for money

Because of corona virus could’t experience full service. The room was clean, service good, great pool and wellness. The variety of food and drinks that can be ordered for room service should be more diverse.

Beautiful hotel and location, wonderful staff. Thank you!

We had the most amazing time at the President Hotel. We recently visited from the UK and we’re so glad we did. The hotel is super clean with precautionary signage and sanitiser available everywhere. Staff are all in PPE and we felt very safe throughout, they really have taken all the measures you could hope for to make your stay enjoyable. We could completely switch off from the stress of the world right now and just enjoy our beautiful surroundings in comfort.

The hotel is in a stunning location looking out to the sea with views of Kolocep Island and the coastline, it's so nice to hear the waves from your room all day long! The hotel has all the facilities you could want, the really generous and wide ranging Breakfast was great too as was the lunch we had from the Piano Bar. There was a bottle of wine and a nice fruit platter waiting in the room upon arrival which was a nice touch.

The staff are amazing, really friendly and helpful. Included in our booking was a hassle-free transfer from the airport which was really appreciated. We’d like to make a special mention to Arijan and Ozana who made sure we had a great room and helped us with some nice recommendations for dinner/drinks. Thank you for giving us a really memorable stay.

Access to the Old Town is really easy, there is a bus stop outside that gets you there in 10 mins and costs about £1.80 although you can walk along the well kept coastal promenade if you wanted drinks/food closer to the hotel.

We’re very sad to be leaving but if we ever come back to Dubrovnik, this will be the first place we’ll book to stay. Wish we could stay longer, thank you!

Good; could be better
Sep 2020 |

The hotel was a great place to “escape” to during the pandemic.

Appreciate these are very difficult times for the industry and understand slight decline in services provided.

Small things make the difference so having no top up of tea bags and limited coffee sachets in the room were difficult to understand.

Social distancing measures in the food areas were changed during our stay. For example hot food was provided to us on a plate by the hotel servers but changed to self service with all sharing same cutlery in dishing up your food.

That aside the place was clean, staff very helpful and food very good.
