We have just returned from a great stay at this brilliant Hotel. The welcome from Philip at the bar and Liz on reception set us off on the right footing for a lovely week. We were upgraded to a large well furnished room which was very comfortable.
The food at the Hotel was absolutely superb and we chose to eat dinner there for 5 of our 7 evenings in Jersey - why go anywhere else!
This is a privately owned hotel and it shows. The owner (Chris) was often around and his easy friendly manner was echoed throughout his team.
Thank you to Aggi and Anna on reception, Johing (not sure of spelling!) who looked after us when Philip was off, along with everyone who worked behind the scenes.

We had a wonderful 9 night stay. The staff were very friendly and looked after our needs - including getting in gluten free toast. The room was spacious and very clean (nice fee upgrade to a superior room too), breakfast area was ideal for what we needed. Plenty of seating around the pool and an easy walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.
We arrived early Sunday morning half expecting to be told ‘room not ready’ but where checked in without any issue and upgraded to one of there premier rooms as an added bonus. Room was bright, practical & spacious and more importantly clean.
What stands out about this Hotel is the friendly & helpful staff along with owner Chris who made you feel welcome with no request was an issue. Decent breakfast and WiFi that worked which can be an issue in some Hotels, and would we go back - YES
