I stayed in this hotel around 2004 as a teenager, this was the first time I have been back since then , I came with my 4 year old daughter in August, had to isolate no issue there, room was very good, ate in the main restaurant buffet style, hotel not changed much since 2004 but hotel has been refurbished since more modern looking, both myself and daughter loved food, the only issue was some of the facilities especially for the younger guests were not running understandable due to current times with Covid 19, I was disappointed the crèche next to main restaurant was shut due I am sure they could have opened it, daughter would have loved it, but overall a great hotel given current times but would have been better if all services were operating
Everything was excellent
We isolated for 11 days during the pandemic in one of the self catering Dodo suites. Everything worked like clockwork.....and we only left on 2 occasions... once for our 2nd test on day 5 and then again for our 3rd test on day 10. We were eventually able to join our family living on the island, after that.
Always a great stay . Kids have so much fun and the entertainment is always a bonus . Staff always super friendly and welcoming . Even though I’m local to the island it always feels like we are on holiday
