We stayed 11 nights for our honeymoon and it was an amazing holiday. The staff were all very kind and careful with COVID-19 safety & hygiene measures.
The location is unbeatable, next to the sea and beautiful Los Gigantes cliff. Even though some things are closed now due to the pandemic (gym for ex.), they organized a lot of safe entertainment like live music during the nights around the pool & bar and we spent a great New Year's Eve +5 course meal with music and fireworks. The rooms are very pleasant, spacious and clean with lovely balconies and comfortable chairs and the common areas are beautiful with breathtaking views and sunsets.
Our first stay at a Barcelò hotel and for sure it won't be our last
We stayed in the beginning of January with big family. All things considered, it was good value for money. It would be interesting to see the hotel when it is in normal operating mode. Now most things were closed (spa, gym, even table tennis and billiards, most bars etc).
A wonderful place with excellent service. Can't fault the place. The only problem is the dinning facilities. However because of Covid restrictions when it is busy the food and servive deteriorate rapidly.
