The hotel is very beautiful and good service. Special is the swimming pool on the roof with beautiful view. The restaurant there are lots of food to choice and delicious. The room is quite big and modern design.
I was looking for a last minute trip without any hassle and this hotel seemed to fit the bill. Other than the long journey from the airport I cannot fault this hotel. Due to the C-19 restrictions the hotel was probably 25% full which really helped as there were plenty of sun beds, it was easy to get served at the pool bar and there was never a queue for the restaurant. Tables outside of the restaurant on the terrace were also easily available.
There was nothing fancy about the food - normal fare for both breakfast and dinner (I chose not to have lunch any day) - but perfectly edible.
My room was kept immaculate during my 5 day stay and the views from the hotel were spectacular.
I can’t comment on anywhere else as I did not feel the need to leave the hotel other than my walk to Playa SAN Juan and back. I was exhausted 😱😱😱
If you are happy to just stay in the hotel and sunbathe by day this is a great hotel.
If you want to get out and about to explore then beware everywhere is uphill from the hotel other than the coastal path.
Very hilly resort - didn’t bother me but those with any mobility or fitness would be challenged.
Enjoyed an extended 18-night stay on an all-inclusive basis. Given the pandemic - this hotel is 100% doing its utmost to keep guests safe; hand sanitisers abound across all parts of the hotel, masks are mandatory unless you're (a) sitting down to eat or drink and (b) on a sunbed. This is enforced by all staff across the site.
Pool area is up there with the best; 4 pools, pool bar with varied menu. Attentive and friendly staff.
