We enjoyed our stay. The pool was a good size but we struggled to get sunbeds. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The food in the all inclusive option was brilliant. We never went hungry! We had breakfast, pool snacks, lunch, pool snacks, dinner and unlimited ice cream! However the drinks included were poor. Maybe I am extra fussy as I like a good cocktail but the ones included were from a watered down machine. I didn’t really enjoy the soft drinks either. We ended up buying all of our drinks instead. There was day time entertainment for the kids but we didn’t use it. And the evening entertainment was basic but the kids still enjoyed it! Short walk to the beach
Called the best but is no doubt the worst hotel we've ever stayed in, dirty and not looked after, the food was sloppy and bland, drinks in plastic cups and i put more alcohol ony hands than there is in the beer. Never again.
Started our 4week holiday at the best so happy to be back there as we have been going to this hotel for some time.
We are always made welcome the staff always very helpful nothing is to much trouble for them and always smiling.
We had just had one week into our 4weeks when we had the lockdown come into force.
The hotel management and all the staff did everything they could to help us through this lockdown.
We we,re fortunate that we had booked a suite room with a very large balcony and sun beds so we we,re able to get out there.
Just to negative points but not a complaint food could be hotter and the entertainment as we are now seeing the same acts over and over.
The hotel is getting a makeover looking really good.
We have booked this hotel again.
Thank you all for looking after during the time we had with you.
