The hotel's spa has a sauna and a range of massages on offer, including traditional Chinese treatments. In the evenings, the hotel organises live music and shows. Two sandy beaches are within walking distance of the hotel, and you can stroll between them along the pedestrianised promenade, which links Costa Adeje with resorts to the north and south. The bustling promenade area is backed with bars and restaurants, and the town has two shopping malls with a range of fashion boutiques, as well as a twice-weekly market selling fruit, clothing and souvenirs.

We have just returned from this hotel and had a great time..
When we arrived we were very impressed by the COVID 19 procedures in place, hand sanitizer everywhere . Reception staff very friendly and efficient, check was quick and all guidelines explained.
We had an apartment beside the pool which was spacious and clean.
Restaurant was buffet for breakfast and dinner, lunch was a set menu different everyday. Staff in restaurant were great big shout out for Sandra who served us lunch and dinner everyday we were there.
Pool bar was good plenty of choice for snacks etc including sealed salad boxes and fruit boxes. Nothing was any bother for the staff.
Entertainment was held outside and I’m sorry to say not very busy due to small numbers of guests in hotel. Bar staff and entertainment team were brilliant dancing about and getting everyone involved. On our last night entertainment was moved inside and as more guests had arrived it was very lively and we had a brilliant time.
Also big shout out to hairdressing salon used twice and delighted with the result.
We returning to the hotel in July 21 with our Son and grandson and really looking forward to our next holiday here.
Group of 3 guests stayed here.
Rooms old and dated.
We found cockroaches in room.
Staff where nice.
Better food just around the corner.
Entertainment here from 1980's very poor and in German.
Lots of rowdy guests even though hotel nearly empty.
WiFi very slow
Lots of broken glass by pool
We had a great time at the GF Isabel in what are some very strange “COVID” times. Upon our arrival it was clear the hotel was not operating at anywhere near full capacity, which is to be expected with all that is going on. However this did not stop the hotel from fulfilling its full daily program of activities and entertainment.
The staff really are what make this hotel the gem that it is. They are probably the best bunch I’ve ever had the pleasure to holiday with, all the way from the manager down to the housekeeping girls!! Special praise has to go to the bar staff who were great!! They caught me cleaning my own glasses from the table and made it very clear that whilst on holiday at the Isabel I was not to lift a finger!
We originally booked on a B&B basis but decided to upgrade to all inclusive at the last minute, mainly for the ease of free drinks throughout the day. We like to explore and eat out so only had meals at the hotel a handful of times. Food was what you’d expect of a 4* hotel and catered for the majority.
Our bungalow was fantastic with its very own rooftop solarium with fantastic views of the mountains surrounding the resort.
All in all a lovely break and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the GF Isabel to all.
Thanks guys and we will see you again in more normal conditions once possible.
