A thoroughly enjoyable stay amid COVID-19 restrictions. Hotel staff where excellent front of house management so professional and helpful I can’t wait to see what the hotel is like when restrictions are lifted because if that’s the standard they put out with restrictions this hotel must be amazing when no restrictions. Food was very good bar by the pool was the only one open but friendly staff And good beers and snacks all day made up for the restricted opening of other bars.pool was warm and the overall cleanliness was top rate
Have just had week in this hotel. Rooms were bit small, beds were hard and only 1 flat pillow. On arrival the room we were sent to had ants on bed so the were very quick and giving us a new room which had to change the fridge 3 times as wasn't cold. The pool was great it was heated they gave free towels and had a life guard on duty every day. There was a kids pool aswell. Nice walk up the hill to hotel. Gardens maintained good. We have heard unfortunately its closing on Wednesday because of Covid.
