well managed to get away for aweek here from the 3rd november the hotel was spotless hand sanatiser everywhere tempreture check when you enter hotel everywhere spotless food was very well organised and of a high standerd all the staff were very friendly and helpfull room was lovely couldnt fault it at all cant wait to come back next year well done grand tequise pat on the back to everyone thankyou once again
The hotel is in a beautiful location with the sun all day as the hotel is southerly facing. 😎The beach through the gate(opened every hour) is fantastic with very fine sand and safe sheltered water, especially when the tide is out when the rocks form a sheltered lagoon.
The animation team on my visit was Ellis. He was a one-man show whose enthusiasm was infectious. Evening entertainment was strange, there were some very good shows but a couple of acts would have been booed off the stage in any pub in Britain(Queen Tribute Act, Solo girl singer(mimer)).😒
I did not like the dining experience. I felt the one-way system was too complicated and this meant at least two visits before I could sit down and enjoy a meal. The show cooking was slow and the choice and quantity of food were poor towards the end of the visit. This I believe was because at one stage only 35 guests were staying at the hotel.🥗
The public areas have fresh modern furnishing and accessorised with modern paintings and sculptures. The room I stayed in (349) was dated, the varnish on the bamboo style table was worn. One of the draws didn't open.
The hotel was perfectly clean. Even the hanging plants got a wipe over while I was there.😉
The in-house maintenance team are quick to respond but I had a leaking toilet cistern that took three visits to fix and the lift was broken and fixed within an hour but later broke down again and they had to get the lift engineers out to fix it. 🚶♂️Not to worry the hotel has 4 lifts?
I will be staying here again in the new year when hopefully the hotel will have its full complement of staff and guests.😎😎😎😎
Stayed for 7 days from 13th November 2nd visit and standards are still excellent.
New covid measures in place felt so safe.
Food was fab and all the staff in the restaurant friendly and went above and beyond with a smile.
Entertainment was great (magic show was awesome) and Elis does a fabulous job of bringing everyone together especially during Mojito making (wish I had the pics lol).
We will be back
