Barcelo Teguise Beach
Barcelo Teguise Beach is an adults-only hotel in Costa Teguise, a popular beach resort on the eastern coast of the Spanish island of Lanzarote. The hotel was renovated in 2016, and is a short walk away from the resort center. The hotel complex has a Mediterranean feel with whitewashed walls and bright décor. There's a central swimming pool area with two heated pools, including an infinity pool. The surrounding sun terrace has cabanas where you can sit and relax while enjoying a drink from the pool bar. If you want to be more active, there are fitness classes including aerobics and aqua aerobics, or you can head to the gym for a workout. Alternatively, you can enjoy the sauna or relax with a massage at the spa. If you want to spend your days on the beach, the white sands of Las Cucharas Beach are a short walk away. Here, you can sit and enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean or walk along the promenade where you'll find restaurants and cafes'. For an evening out, the main center of Costa Teguise has plenty of local and international bars around Avenida de Jabillo and Plaza Pueblo Marinero, with live music and karaoke.
Las Cucharas Beach is 150m from the hotel, while the center of Costa Teguise is 1km away. If you want to discover the area's other beaches, the quieter Los Charcos Beach is within walking distance. For a day out, there's a water park a short drive from the hotel, with pools and slides to suit all ages. For golf enthusiasts, Lanzarote Golf is 20km from the hotel. Here you'll find an 18-hole golf course surrounded by the island's volcanoes and sea views. If you fancy a day trip, you can drive over to the western side of the island to Timanfaya National Park.
The hotel has a lobby bar, a pool bar and a sports bar. Each serves drinks and snacks throughout the day and evening. There are three restaurants offering Canarian and international cuisine. You can enjoy breakfast and dinner at the buffet restaurant, while the two A la carte restaurants serve lunch.
You can play boules, darts and table tennis, as well as football and pool. The hotel also puts on daily entertainment, including live shows.

We spent an entire week in Barceló costa Teguise.
We specially appreciated the room we had with ocean view and a hydromassage bath, we strongly recommend to take those option (if you are couple) when booking the room, it will make your stay completely different and romantic.
The breakfast was also a very good surprise with plenty of choice and very good quality.
The best part of the trip was definitely Barceló’s crew who definitely rised our trip to its best by being helpful at any time and having very kind attentions and surprises.
Just cheered myself up by booking a return trip to the wonderful Barcelo Teguise hotel. We had an amazing holiday last November with brilliant service from all the staff. My standout memory is of the entertainment lady Montserrat who was always so warm and friendly, she introduced me to water yoga which I loved and during the other activities around the pool she managed to bring all the guests together - which gave a really friendly vibe. The food was amazing & just loved the cocktails, cannot wait for our return trip winter 2021.
If you want good housekeeping don't go to this hotel otherwise they are doing their best
Food good staff friendly but you never know when your room has been cleaned it can take until 4 p.m.
