We loved our stay! The hotel has tennis, paddle, football, basketball and many many more activities. We also tried the spa that was amazing. The staff where very friendly. Room service menu was a bit limited but the quality of the food was great. The heated pools are great and large, many sun chairs and great corona adjustment. We lived on the ground floor with direct pool access at the quiet pool and it was great tranquility although there where many families at the other pool the distance is large and didn’t disturb us. Playa de Mogan is a lovely beach and there are many good restaurants in the area. The gym was great to.
Despite Covid-19, the hotel staff did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is great, the hotel offers 3 pools, gym facilities, tennis, volleyball and a lot more which will make especially families and sports enthusiasts happy. Staff is very friendly, professional and supportive. The little village and beach is about a 10 min walk away. A supermarket just around the corner. We will be back...
Our visit was during the pandemic, so keep that in mind. Many things are good such as the heated pools, the padel and tennis court, the big furnished balconies, the breakfast, entertainment for kids, garage etc. But some things were unfortunately not up to our expectations. To give som examples that was that empty beer cans were left in the balcony after housekeeping but more important the food. We ate at the hotel twice, and first time it was a caesar salad with a dressing that felt like it was coming from the supermercado next door and a chicken that looked and tasted like it was fried a few hours ago (with way too much bread crumbs) and served with iceberg lettuce instead of romaine lettuce etc. The second time we tried the beef burger which was served with dry bread and heavily overcooked burgers. I don't mind a small menu, but at a five star hotel I expect the dishes to be delicious.
