Mur Hotel Neptuno is an adult-only hotel in Playa del Ingles, a resort on the southern coast of Gran Canaria, one of Spain's Canary Islands. The hotel is a short walk from the main Playa del Ingles beach that looks out onto the bay, BahÌa del Ingles. A shuttle bus straight to the seafront is also offered by the hotel. The hotel has an outdoor pool that's heated in the winter months, with a pool bar serving refreshments all day. This is surrounded by tropical trees that offer guests a level of privacy. There's also a sun terrace where you can further top up your tan, and massages can be booked with the hotel. If you're more of an active holidaymaker, the hotel has a gym on site. After dinner in the hotel's buffet restaurant, you can relax with a drink in the piano bar, or play a game of pool. There's Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Mur Hotel Neptuno is next door to Yumbo Centrum shopping centre, one of the biggest on the island. Not only does it have a wide range of stores and restaurants, in the late evening it transforms into an entertainment complex with various themed bars on four different levels.
The hotel is 1km from Playa del Ingles beach, in an area well known for its nightlife. A little further along the coast are the sand dunes of Maspalomas, which are part of a larger nature reserve consisting of dunes, palm groves and lagoons. If you want a change of scene from Playa del Ingles after making the most of all that the Yumbo Centrum shopping centre has to offer, the old fishing village of Puerto de Mogan is within driving distance. This area features the archaeological zone of Caoada de Los Gatos, a protected ancient settlement site dating back 1300 years.
The hotel has a restaurant that offers buffet-style breakfast and dinner. The poolside bar serves light dishes, snacks and drinks, as well as an ala carte lunch. Soft drinks, local beers and wines, as well as tea and coffee can be ordered from the bars throughout the day.
You can relax by the hotel pool or enjoy the activities on offer at Playa del Ingles, or go sightseeing around the island.
Free of charge hotel bus to the beach in Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas every day. A few times before noon and in the afternoon.
Neptuno has bright rooms that all have a balcony or terrace to relax on. All also come with Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

I managed to get away in November for some winter sun and always happy to return to this hotel. It's my favourite place to stay. The staff are so welcoming and happy to help. The cleaning staff do a grand job, really friendly and a credit to the hotel.
Breakfast was great and good selection, friends told me dinner option was excellent also so will try half board next time.
I love this hotel, its central, adults only, near Yumbo, yet quiet and rooms have the nice finishing touches you would expect.
I just spent three weeks here December to January. It’s a well run hotel with pleasant staff, a good breakfast buffet and very clean rooms with good quality towels, linen and even a mini bar/fridge. Plenty of wardrobe space. Pool is a great place to get a tan, there’s a free sangria at midday and a lovely pool bar and cafe. Handy for Yumbo. Biggest bonus is that it’s an adult only hotel so no pesky kids. Yep the water slide is for adults. Lots of chat at the pool or choose to keep yourself to yourself. Ideal for solo and couples. Many LGBT travellers and older couples. Surprisingly quiet for being next to Yumbo.
One recommendation is to book a pool view, high floor and double bed( if important) even if it’s extra money or you could have a road view, low floor with two single beds pushed together. A few people were in the all inclusive package and we’re happy with it, but there is so much outside the hotel not sure it’s worth it.
The staff and management worked so very hard to provide their usual stellar service in a skeleton staff and greatly reduced guest numbers due to COVID-19 and the ever changing quarantine rules. Well done all, a relaxing week in one of my favourite hotels.
