Booked this hotel after my original holiday to the Canaries got cancelled. What can I say couldn’t do enough for you apart from the barmaid moaning at my missus for not wearing a mask ( couldn’t wear one due to medical condition). Food was great, good location not far from the sand dunes. Yumbo centre was in walking distance. Had a great last minute holiday will be back soon.
Noel Martel is his name this is bang out of order we have now cancelled our holiday with you and will not be returning again utter disappointment as the hotel was nice but unprofessional by far this is and something should be done about it
I was in the hotel for the third time, but for the first time after renovation. To be honest, an amazing change: first of all, the dining room, space, additional terrace next to the lobby bar, a wonderful snack bar on the pool! Revelation. Besides, in the age of COVID, leading to the table by the service and serving dishes by the chefs is simply wonderful. This is what holidays should look like: peace, quiet, no queues, kindness and smile of all employees. heartfelt thanks-once again- to wonderful Iwon and MariMar !! Thank you all for driving a smile that makes the day even more sunny. Safety and hygiene in the hotel is a priority. Thank you
