i went here with all my family, had a great experience there, the food was lovely and the apartment type places were super and had great space. sometimes when our key card did't work, we just went to the reception and they were sure to help us out straight away. pool was very nice and loved going to get food and drink from the outside bar, was very close and handy. not that much of a walk in to the main part of Taurito, around 15 min walk. overall had a lovely week and was treated very well. bus service via the hotel was very crowded but was expected in a way. good place to take children as many oppitunities for them to get involved in.
Booked this place twice when I have caught a good all inclusive deal online. Only ever visited in winter / spring. This is a fantastic value holiday for the money. The hotel complex itself could do with a bit of an update (it’s still clean in my experience) however the main attributes of this place are it’s superb position overlooking Taurito (making pre-dinner drinks on the balcony a pleasure) and the equally well placed sun deck and pool area underneath the main block of accommodation. Food and drink at dinner is adequate and voluminous. Post dinner entertainment is the usual mix of family ‘fun’ but by the time they strike up we’d mostly already headed back to the room with a stash of smuggled vodka and cokes from the bar to the watch the sunset. Lunch service from the beach bar is grab and go style burgers, toasties and the like. It’s not five star luxury but I rate this place for a cheap, enjoyable and relaxing break. I’m not an all inclusive guy generally but there is a certain joy in struggling up the large hill to the Mogan Princes, checking in and throwing the bag in the room before heading down to the pool via the bar. And then remaining precisely in situ for four or so nights.
We have visited here for the last 5 years, started off with our family of 4, last trip in 2019 included my parents, my brother and my sons girlfriend. A lovely place to relax and unwind, spotlessly clean and amazing staff. On our last visit my father was unfortunately taken seriously ill and subsequently passed away on the island, but the hotel staff (and tui) were amazing - from the reception staff, to the restaurant staff and the bar staff, they looked after us so well and can’t thank them enough in helping so much at the time we needed it x hope we can go back soon to be able to say thankyou xx
