do not book premium suite as you don't get what you paid for, loud music constantly playing around pool area, food was plenty and good but at best warm. would not serve us sprits even when we were on all inclusive and not big drinkers. English not very well spoken or understood. has no spa like in pictures on web at this hotel so spa treatments were behind a hairdresser in back room, don't bother. location great and food good if it was hot plenty of choose. garden areas very nice and well kept, not for couples this is a family place. WIFI really bad unless in reception. tv's in room have no English speaking channels except sky international news but do have plenty of German channels, we found if you spoke German the staff understood you better and they were served vodka on the all inclusive plan, we tried to sort issues with room, spa, and drinks at reception two or three times and was told they would sort it but no one did, tried email no reply , wanted to sort out issue in resort but no one seemed to care. such a shame as could of been a good hotel.
Can’t fault the hotel and lovely staff to their response to the National lockdown although obviously worried about their own family and friends have provided a superb calm discreet change to their normal working practices most reassuring and although scaled back clientele have continue to offer a good meal & bar service, excellent cleaning facilities and are all friendly and approachable -!would not hesitate in coming back once life returns to normal. Rooms 535/546 - 11-18 Mar
