stunning bungalows and cleaned to a very high standard,the food is 5 star,i truly enjoyed my stay and will be coming back very soon.It is the best hotel that i have ever stayed from checking in we was offered a glass of wine and he explained everything that was going on,he was super friendly,sorry cant remember his name.Monica was a very warm and kind manager always asking is everything ok all the staff are truly a credit.
Stayed here for Christmas and New Year in room 303 originally for two weeks but extended for another three days as we were having such a lovely time.
Resort very spacious and clean. Lovely pool and gym areas. The team are very nice with special thanks to Monica plus Eva and Gonzalo (reception) and Alessandro (restaurant) who couldn’t have been more hard working, smily and really go out of their way to make your stay perfect.
Really lovely Gala meals for Christmas and New Year. We will certainly be back.
Excellent place to stay, absolutely no regrets or disappointments in any sense. Rooms are clean, food is great and the staff is super!! You truly feel that the whole staff cares about you, making your stay a delightful experience. No hestitations on coming back again.
Immediately upon arrival, our every wish was looked after without question. Junior Suite rooms are very comfortable and a good size.
Buffet breakfast and dinner offers a wide selection for every taste. A cook is always available ready to prepare any of the special items on offer.
Lively entertainment most evenings made after dinner cocktails by the poolside even more enjoyable.
The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive.
All-in-all highly recommendable. A job extremely well done especially during this crazy corona period. Our compliments to Monica & Alberto and their terrific team!!
