The hotel is located in Jandia, the south of Fuerteventura.  Centrally located, at 250 m to the long, fine sand beach. The hotel offers a lobby with reception, lifts, buffet restaurant with show cooking, evening bar, a roof terrace with a cocktail bar, Wi-Fi and Wellness area. In the outdoor area is the freshwater swimming pool with sun terrace and pool bar. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included at the pool. For the younger guests there is a mini club (5-11 years) and a separate children's pool. Wellness center and massages (both with extra charge). Fitness room free. Sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols. Day and evenning entertaiment with shows, live music and dancing.

Excellent hotel and staff

Stayed here on an all inclusive

Hotel was modern and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly and Patricia the receptionist was so so helpful and bent over backwards to help .

The staff made extra effort on New Year’s Eve and Christmas Eve and the food was amazing , lobster , salmon , calamari , king prawns to die for .

Sad to leave - only fault was small bar by pool and no footy to watch but that’s it !!!

Disappointing hotel in my opinion.

After booking another hotel which was then cancelled we booked this hotel a few days before we arrived. The reviews were good.

On arriving we asked if we had a nice room as it was a special anniversary while we were away. We had emailed the hotel before and in our experience most hotels will give you bottle of bubbly and try to get you a nice room. Nothing wrong with room but we had a tiny balcony looking onto a canopy. We asked if there were any more rooms and were shown one higher up but had to pay a lot extra for it. Were told that we would get a discount for first night but it did not get discounted from bill. We had to argue for it in the end.

We did notice on the advertising screens that an upgrade was 10.00 a night but we paid 20.00 but could not be bothered to argue again.

The safe was extra in a 4 star hotel we would have expected this to be included.

Asked for more hangers as only had about 5. The additional ones never appeared.

Rooms are only cleaned every other day so you have to ask for clean towels.

Internet is very poor.

Lack of cupboard space. Left clothes in cases.

Beds comfortable and room is modern. Could do with telly located opposite the couch rather than sitting looking at a picture.

Swimming pool area is in shade in afternoon so people tend to use roof terraces. It is not that appealing.

With COVID the meal times are allocated and we ended up with 9.20, 14.00 and 20.00 which is quite late.

As a regular on all inclusive very disappointed with food selection. So much so that we went out most nights. Alright if you like pork chops, greasy potatoes, chewy chicken and mackerel nearly every day. Would have been nice to have someone making omelettes in the morning.

Most hotels try to mix it up a bit with theme nights re food etc but this hotel do not.

It may be a country diet thing but most English people said the food was poor and they did not replenish on last sittings.

Deserts were the same most days - rice pudding, banana mousse, little square sponge things and ice cream.

My wife slipped over on a wet floor which was very dangerous.

The entertainment was not great. The lady doing it was also in control of letting people into the dining and she was a bit of an ogre and a bit false.

I think this hotel is only really 3 star and appreciate it is difficult times. Think they need to do some of the simple things better to improve it.

Overall pretty good. The meals had a lot of variety. The quality of the meals were fine.. nothing overwhelming. But you'd always find something to eat. You also have in-between the meals some Snack opportunities, if it's Burger and Sandwiches at the Bar or the Snack machines. The rooms where pretty ok as well. I didn't like that the double bed had two mattresses. As couple not very comfortable for coudling.
