Hotel THe Corralejo Beach is in the resort of Corralejo on the north coast of Fuerteventura, the second largest of Spain's Canary Islands. The hotel sits right on the beach, so you'll be a few steps away from a swim in the clear sea. The resort is one of the most popular in Fuerteventura, but it still retains some of its Canarian charm, particularly around the harbour area. From here, you'll have views over the Atlantic Ocean to neighbouring Lanzarote and Isla de Lobos. Hotel THe Corralejo Beach is built around a central sun terrace where you can spend lazy days by the pool. If you're looking for relief from the sun, the hotel has gardens where you can relax in the shade of palm trees. In the centre of the sun terrace is a swimming pool that has a kids' pool within it. You can enjoy a refreshing drink from the pool bar throughout the day. The hotel has its own restaurant that's decorated in bright colours. You can also get lunch from the pool bar. During your stay, you'll be centrally placed to get the most out of the resort. A few steps away is the main promenade that leads to the harbour. Here, you'll find lots of restaurants, many of which have outdoor seating, where you can eat with a view. The hotel hires out bicycles, so you can have a ride around the streets of Corralejo or explore even further.
The sandy beach 200m from the hotel is the main beach of Corralejo. The hotel is in the centre of Corralejo, so you'll have a wide choice of shops, restaurants, bars and cafÈs within walking distance. Twice a week, there's a market with stalls selling local specialities and souvenirs, as well as fresh produce. If you'd like a lively evening of entertainment, you can stroll onto the promenade, which comes alive with music from the many bars. Also, within walking distance of the hotel is a shopping centre and Acua Water Park, which has slides, swimming pools, lounge areas, a kids' club, restaurants and a gift shop. From Corralejo, you can explore the rest of the island of Fuerteventura. The dunes of Corralejo are a natural park and protected area just outside the resort. Here, you can walk among the sand dunes or head straight to where they meet the sea, creating long white beaches.
The restaurant offers a buffet for breakfast and dinner. The pool bar serves lunch and has outdoor seating, so you can sit with a drink until late in the evening. The nearest supermarket is 50m from the hotel, and you'll find many places to eat out in the immediate surrounding area.
You can start your day with a session in the hotel's gym, or go snorkelling in the shallow water of the resort's beaches.
All of the rooms at Corralejo Beach have a balcony where you can enjoy the view. Inside, you'll have a TV with satellite channels.

Visited as a very last minute pre-lockdown break. Hotel is c 30 mins from airport and slap bang in the middle of Corralejo. When I was there the town was very quiet, so noise was not a problem - can imagine this being quite different in ‘normal’ times as hotel is so central. However some may like this! Beaches in Corralejo are small and sea access is not easy, so I went out to the Dunas - about 10 mins in a taxi. Take a picnic and some beer! Town is great for a wide selection of restaurants and cafes and the hotel is 2 minutes from a decent supermarket. When I was there only the ‘apartment’ pool was open but it was quiet and as the bar was closed you could drink your own drink by the pool! Hotel is extremely clean and tidy and I loved that had fridge in room. Would recommend and stay again.
The hotel was great. As soon as we checked in nothing was to much trouble and were given face mask and hand wipes. Which we could ask for more if needed. There was no food on, only snacks which was understandable given the current situation in regards to Covid-19. We loved the lifeguard, cannot remember his name he was English. He was great with my daughter and gave her excellent swimming tips.
Would strongly recommend and would love to come back one day.
The picture of the front of this hotel is nothing like it when you first see it in the flesh,BUT it is a great place to stay, could not fault the staff or the hotel, the big bonus is that it had air con,we loved our stay here even with the wearing of face masks
