Following a disastrous booking in a different accommodation. We called to the Eurostar Hotel and was greeted by Martha who was just brilliant and professional and booked us into the Hotel that transformed our holiday into the holiday of a lifetime. We will definitely to go back to this small piece of heaven.
Decent hotel, very close to the beach. Some facilities closed due to Covid. Less than 15€ taxi ride from airport
Found receptionists extremely helpful and Covid aware
We had twin bedroom, with separate living area, small kitchen and balcony. Bathroom had 2 sinks so good for 2 people to get ready at same time if required.
Breakfast was fine, cooked items, fruit, pastries and toast. They even gave us veggie sausages when we mentioned we are vegetarians.
We didnt have any other meals apart from breakfast, and didn't think there was too much choice when we viewed the lunch options anyway. Restaurant staff were always very polite and helpful though
Rooms were cleaned every day - even Christmas Day - with new towels provided.
Liked the fact you could get clean towels every day from Reception for beach or pool.
Was able to keep the room till 4pm on day of leaving at no extra charge.
Things I thought that could possibly improve:
Pool was freezing
Even though had a kitchenette, there were no pans in one apartment.
Kettle would be handy in the kitchenette
Coffee machines in restaurants were inconsistent. For example on one day no hot chocolate in 2 of the 3 machines and the one that had it was awful
Would be happy to stay there again though, but only only on bed and breakfast terms.
This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and it is fantastic. Beautiful, spacious apartments, clean large pool, and exemplary customer service. Right on the beach and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back
