Elba Lucia Sport & Suite Hotel is just a 25-minute drive from the Guise y Ayose viewpoint, overlooking the Betancuria Natural Park. Guise and Ayose are the names of two kings who have been immortalised in statue form on this spot. If you prefer to exercise in the wilderness, there are numerous hiking trails to choose from. While if you’re lucky, you might see a bird of prey swoop down or barbary ground squirrels dashing across the orange landscape. The squirrels are commonly referred to as chipmunks but they are actually an African species that look similar to their North American counterparts.
