We’ve lived on 3 continents and travelled for business and leisure and stayed in many places. This place is the worst (not one of, simply THE WORST) and touch wood will stay on the bottom for the rest of our lives.
Apart from food poisoning from the restaurant while I was pregnant with our first child, the lack of any interest to solve any problem from the management is really beyond comprehension.
Everyone working here is overworked and constantly multitasking. I wonder whether they are paid fairly for the hours they put in.... maybe it will explain the indifference and rudeness?
To sum up, this is a hotel from hell.
Just visited Cay Beach for the umpteenth time. Love this place.
On lockdown for last three days of our holiday but the staff in the hotel bar and restaurant Worked like trojans to keep everyone watered and fed. Hopefully back soon.
