If I could give this place a no star I would...we booked a week all inclusive here and the food was always cold and we could not eat in the hotel...as for all inclusive they only served drink all day long they did ice cream but that was only available from 2 till 3...the beer came out of a bottle and was flat and warm...house keeping never came into our room in the whole week we were there...we spent the whole week out of the hotel only to go back at night to sleep...that’s when you could get to sleep due to the hotel backing onto a summer camp for teenagers..so it was very loud and noisy threw out the night..the pool was dirty and most of the edging of the pool was broken...no one in the hotel spoke English and struggled to understand questions...there were flys around the food hatches..and the hotel was unclean and not very nice...in our hotel room..the a/c did not work just dripped water...the bathroom door handle was broken so you couldn’t shut the bathroom door or you would get locked in...the toilet was cracked so when you flushed the toilet it would leak onto the floor...I will never recommend this place to anyone..they say the hotel was renovated in 2013..if this is so I wouldn’t like to of seen it before hand..as for being a 2 star hotel...I wouldn’t even give it 2 stars they need shutting down...

The hotel is worn and in need of renovation. The cleaning is substandard and the lift hardly works. See picture on floor drain.

When I arrived, two receptionists were working, one of whom was reception manager. The usual receptionist spoke a little English and was friendly and helpful.

The reception manager, on the other hand, could not speak English and was rude and not service oriented (she should change jobs, to a job where you do not have guest contact).

I stayed at this hotel one night and will not return.

The hotel should be renamed Hotell City Dump, it is a more suitable name.

Okey so we arrived and got the room key, when we opened the door we meet a wall of bad air. The beds have green sheets and you can feel every spring. Bathroom is old and i dont go there without sandals, toiletpaper looks homemade (bring your own). Aircondition work but makes more sound than the backyaard every day raveparty (so *ucking loud). The food is ok for breakfast but all other meals i didnt even wanted to taste (only looked) . Elevator dont work.
