My family and I spent 10 days in this hotel. When I first read some comments about it here I almoust canceled our vacation. But, gratefuly I didnt. 90% of those comments are not true or overreacted. The trouth is only that I wouldnt give this hotel 5 but that's all and for the money we gave it shouln't be 5. It looks like it is, it looks wonderful, expencive, beautuful furniture, elivator, lobies, pools... so maby once it was really 5 hotel. But it is not because it needs to be more maintained. So, windows in the dinig room are not cleen, sheeds are changed once a week, only 3 elevators but not working at the same time... So if you want everything to be 5 you should give much more money and go to some other place. Other than that, we had wonderful time. The food was perfect. We really, really enjoied. The room is really nice and big, cleen towels,good tv program fir kids. Snack and pool bar all day... We would definitly comeback to this hotel. 😊
Have been in this hotel for a week in July. Very nice place to stay! I had a superior sea view room at the 8th floor and the view was amazing! Very friendly staff, excellent weather and quite a nice buffer. One of the best snack bar that I have encounter in Bulgaria. Definitely will come back!
The parking in front of the hotel was a little bit small for this hotel and I could not find place for my car, yet I have been directed to a parking lot which was a 100 meters from the hotel.
