Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was great, service was good, breakfast was nice and location convenient. No complaints from me and I will actively try and book this hotel again the next time I visit Sunny Beach.
We stayed for 7 days here and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect, close the to center, and close to the beach. The rooms were amazingly clean, the food was very delicious, the staff friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Sunny Beach!
My experience started at the hotel reception where I was given the local Council parking services number to get in touch with them, so they can come and charge me for parking. The hotel has around 20-30 parking slots that are always occupied, so don't count on that. My second encounter was with the bartender at the pool. I've asked for a cup of ice for my room and he refused giving me. Asked me for money. His behaviour was way below any average customer service standard. At that point I decided that I don't want to interact with the staff any more. The quality of the food at breakfast was quite low. Will never book that hotel again.
