My wife Clare and me visited this hotel recently and were lucky to make new friends .It was quite cold for outdoors so we didn’t do any swimming but the are looks very comforting .We spent one night here and definitely would like to visit it again.
Great location, good value, functional rooms but staff that are not focused on helping guests but just implementing policy. The hotel was very quiet, low occupancy, breakfast is served in bags due to Covid (which was very bad), and I asked for a 1pm instead of a 12noon check-in and was told no, because I wasn't a 'member'. Never have I been less inclined to become a member of whatever loyalty scheme they have. Very disappointing, especially when guests and travelers want a little more flexibility and responsiveness during these difficult times. I wouldn't recommend the hotel, and instead would look to a more traveler focused boutique hotel in Bruges in future.
Very nice hotel with perfect location in (close to everything by foot). The parking place is just few meters from the hotel The room was very nice, spacious and clean with big comfy bad. The staff was excellent and very helpfull.
