We stayed as a family here in February of this year for 3 nights. The hotel is located within 20 minutes by foot from the train station. Easy to find and in a very reachable distance from Bruges' centre. Staff were fine and did their job. Breakfast was only alright, was served in a very small room with only fruits and some breads to choose from. Hot chocolate was made with hot water - not a fan! The hotel was spotless, there was nothing to fault regarding its cleanliness. The room was quite small and somewhat cramped but suited us fine. The beds were really comfy! Certainly helped after the day of exploring the city. No elevator in the hotel so bare that in mind if an elevator is a necessity for you. Overall, we loved our stay in Bruges and the hotel was nice!
I stayed at Hotel Albert I for one night and it was very comfortable. The room was small and it was just what I needed, because I was traveling alone. I highly recommend to anyone inquiring. It is also very close to everything you need to reach.
I travel frequently to Bruges but normally stay in Dunkirk as it is cheaper.
However on certain occasions I would definitely return to this hotel.
It is central and right next to busstps including. Free shuttle to and from the station carpark.
I found the owners very helpful, the facilities good and a nice atmosphere.
