The property is magnificent and the location is a great one close to all kinds of shopping and food locations are just a few blocks away. The reception staff , specially Stephanie , helped me arrange a stroll around th Brussels central area and a day trip to Brugge. She was magnificent and incredibly helpful.
If you are in Brussels for business or holiday, you should consider this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the floor attendants are absolutely gracious. I love the rooms here...especially the attention to detail (small brass fittings are polished!, and I especially like the heated bathroom floors...on demand of course!). With covid, everyone is on edge about traveling...I can assure you that they are very thorough, yet in a way that makes one feel it’s alright, and comfortable.
I have stayed here a number of times before, but never took the time to write about it.
Again, I love this hotel!
