Well! We didn’t get 4stars service!
The room was small
The breakfast was poor and bad quality!
There was no necessity kit !
The man at the reception was not at all welcoming!

It was not planned to go there and I won’t next time
This has been our hotel of choice for some time. A nice room high up as requested. Drop and Go breakfast which was perfectly fine. Everything we wanted apart from the hot range. As you would expect bar, gym and pool closed but your welcome drink could be taken from the cold fridge at reception. Staff as always friendly and helpful.
as result of coronavires have not been able to get to Brussels, when asked for refund management have taken 20% off refund for no reason. Just because they can by the looks of it. So much for working together to get throu this.
