The location of this Ibis hotel is great as it is near to everything, central station, restaurants, main attractions, etc. The room itself though small is just adequate for 1 pax. Both the room and bathroom are clean and the service was pretty good and efficient too.
You live 200 m from the central railroad station and 200 m from the Main Square, 500 m from the Pissing Boy. Rooms are quite tight, but OK. Breakfast is plentiful. Service is friendly and employees are really trying hard.
Had a great time in Brussels from this hotel. Perfect location from the train station from the airport. Staff very good.
Only reason it’s not 4 stars is because the room was very noisey - I was in the roof and didn’t seem to have any insulation.
Also my flight was cancelled and manager didn’t want a bar of refunding of even just transferring costs to another ibis.
Other than that staff were great and perfect location for Brussels.
Make sure you have some frites and a local beer - excellent!
