The rooms and amenities are ok. Tue food and staff leave a lot to be desired.
Paying for the all inclusice option means throwing you money away. The food is very poor quality and lacks variety. There is no 24 hr room service and they do not even leave water bottles in the room. Dinner is served from 6-9 and it consists of a self service menu. AFter that time you cannot eat proper food anywhere. One day we arrived after linchtime and had to settle for a simple cold meat Sanwich that was already made. No fries, no hamburguer, no fast food or finger foods and certainly no salads. If you are a vegetarian your options are extremely limited.
Some people says it os because it caters for a German or British public. I say you have to cater for the needs of all your customers. Especially during a time when most foreigners are not travelling.
During the day if you ask for drinks in the pool bar, the staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. We understand that a group of 9 and having to prepare 9 cups of coffe or drinks can be overwhelming, but this makes me wonder what happens when the hotel is at its maximum capacity. This is the las weekend in August 2020 during Covid times, and it is not probably on 30% occupation.
The views are amazing and the rooms and comfortable with a big bathroom. Comfy bed a sofa and a kitchenette. But you would expect that from a 5 star hotel, wouldn’t you?
Will not travel to any hotel from this hotel chain in the future.
We are a highly disappointed group.
Excellent location, wonderful view, excellent food despite the fact that it is not so diverse, the service needs to be much improved, the staff needs lessons to smile and pay more attention to customer needs. Very kind animators.
Warning: There is no room service (water, tea, coffee) even if it is provided in the payment. An application to the hotel reception is absolutely necessary to benefit for the service. Water should be taken in personal containers at the bar (the taste leaves something to be desired). Recommendation to buy water from the surrounding markets (very close to the resort).
We had amazing time at Insotel Menorca. Most importantly, every single member of staff made us feel special. We enjoyed amazing shows, watching a super talented dancer Valentina and the entertainment team! Mattio and his firing water Zumba was brilliant! Fanni who is an amazing person who loves what she does and makes every guest feel amazing with her positive kind energy! And big thank you to all waiting staff and cleaning personnel, who do their job to the highest standard! Would also like to mention Miss Lima (a wonderful waitress, forgot the first name), who was great and so lovely! Definitely recommend for an unforgettable family experience! 👍💓
