We spent an amazing week, we loved the place overall! Rooms are nice, beautiful view; the food was great, the staff helpful and polite, very prompt and attentive to our needs and requests.
We'd definitely recommend both for couples and families!
We stayed at the Insotel Punta Prima Prestige in August, in one of their new private swimming pool suites. Firstly, I have to say that the location of the hotel is simply faultless. Yes, it is not directly on the beach (2 minute walk), but it is on the water, and the view from absolutely any of the rooms is just stunning. But what makes this place special are the people working there. Special thank you to Zine, Katia and Jose Maria, to name a few of the waiting staff that are so warm and efficient. You made our stay extra special. I can see families with children find this place really special, but it is not a kid's-club-in-the-pool kind of place. All of the children amenities are in the other hotel, which makes the Prestige area really relaxing. I could simply not recommend it more.
This is our 6th visit to this lovely resort. The location is wonderful and suits us well. The rooms are spacious. The master bed is huge and so comfy. The little kitchen facility is handy for making lunch to have on the large balcony. The beach and local shops are a two minute stroll across a very quiet road. In a way it is like stepping back in time.
The hotel were so accommodating as we had to change our dates so many tines due to our flights being changed, then quarantine rules put in place. The hotel was so quiet. We felt totally safe there (safer than at home!). The staff were all wonderful. It was nice to see some familiar faces but also sad to see that some of the staff weren’t there.
Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so lovely. It was worth the quarantine!!! We hope & pray that all goes well for 2021 season.
