This huge complex packs in a triple helping of pools, plus an impressive waterpark. It's only a short walk from Arenal's centre and sandy beach, too. The waterpark is this place's crowning glory, with pools, ring rides and slides to keep speed demons grinning like Cheshire cats. Watery fun aside, there's also loads of sports and activities going on. All rooms and the restaurant had a refresh for summer 2016, so you can expect a fresh look and feel during your stay. The buffet restaurant lines up spreads of international dishes fresh-made pancakes at breakfast. There's a kid-friendly section, too, with stuff like nuggets and fish fingers. There's a poolside bar dishing up drinks and snacks throughout the day

We got a great last minute deal and got to stay in one of the villas on an all inclusive basis and with a private pool which was really lovely. The staff were very friendly and the waterpark is excellent. We all loved being able to come and go to the water park and the staff there were so friendly too. However there were some maintenance issues in the villa. We had booked for 6 but only 4 beds were made up. We contacted reception and they did come very quickly while we were at dinner but we came back to find only one of the remaining two beds made up so we had to go back to reception again. The phone was not working, the light in one of the bathrooms was not working, the shower head was faulty and the door handle to one of the exterior doors came off in my hand. I reported these faults and they were not major but the biggest problem was that the futon type beds in the third bedroom were so uncomfortable that our children had sore necks the next day. I don't know why they have futon type beds in the bedroom as the villa is extremely spacious and there was more than enough room for two single beds. The snacks were good but the food in the buffet was not great. There was a lot of variety but the quality was poor, high in fat and sugar and overseasoned. The paella had bits of broken mussel shells mixed in. Due to the size of the restaurant and the number of people we did have some concerns over the standard of sanitisation. Tables were only quickly wiped between uses and the chairs were only given a quick spray but not wiped down properly. We saw food stains on many of the chairs which meant that they were not being properly cleaned. The drain in the courtesy shower in the ladies was blocked and the hot/cold in the gents shower was not working so the water was either boiling hot or freezing cold.
Raimondo is the funniest person I meet there. I was always happy when I saw him. It’s wonderful there they are so nice to everyone. I wanna go back there. ❤️🥰😍 you have so many beautiful places to see. The beach is so clear and you can see fishe.
I don’t want to write an entire essay, good food, nice pools, lovely weather, fun waterpark. The prices are quite expensive so make sure you bring a lot of euros. I loved the food at the waterpark and there’s a lot of shade to relax, the beach is only 15 minutes away and it’s amazing, would go again
