It all started off well, 8 of us arrived on the 19th of July, the lady at reception was lovely, she sent us for dinner and then done all our passports. The following day I realised my passport was gone out of my bag, I went to reception and there was an extremely rude blonde woman who was no help whatsoever. I ended up having to get an emergency passport.
99% of the staff were really rude and arrogant, they seem to only like Germans, so if you are English avoid!
We are all inclusive and it was all messed up. All inclusive times were 12-1pm and then 3.30-11pm but Marcos the manager really helped us out with it.
Marcos was the one who saved the holiday for us. So thank you Marcos but the rest of the staff were terrible!
Spent my holiday there and found the air con was not up to standards. Some of the staff in the dining room were very rude and it unfortunately did not look at all as good as it does in the photos, more two stars than it is 4.
Have just returned from a four night break at this hotel On arrival we were pleasantly surprised after some reviews we have read The reception area and the public areas have been furnished to a very high standard The bedrooms however are in dire need of refurbishment The leatherette fabric. On the bed head a d the two chairs is peeling away. There isn't a mirror on what purports to be the dressing table. However the room is immaculately clean as is everywhere throughout the hotel The bathroom is on the small side but the walk in shower was excellent with constant hot water and good water pressure
The bedroom was kept meticulously clean throughout our stay The food at breakfast and dinner was varied and plenty of choice but not always as hot as we would have liked The staff in the restaurant were friendlyand helpful I found the duty manager or head receptionist rather abrupt and somewhat dismissive but I think he confused this with efficiency The hotel caters for German visitors mainly a fact borne out by the twenty us German television programmes and not one English language programme Literally just outside the hotel there is a bus stop where we took the bus into Palma All in all we r joyed our stay at this hotel a d would stay here again
