Just stayed for 11 days on cycling trip and I have stayed many times at this hotel.
Great service as always, I was pleased that buffet was normal self service. Masks had to be worn in public areas and in restaurant except when eating which was fine really.
Room was spotless and spacious and very comfortable with great sea view.
We enjoyed the hotel very much. Great location, and we had fantastic views from our balcony. Also the staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help. my daughter has a gluten allergy, and the catering staff were all too helpful. The cycle path from the hotel to Palma is superb and makes getting around fun and easy.
Myself and my partner stayed here for a week this was not our original booking but our first 2 hotels was shut, the el cid stood by our holiday providers agreement of all inclusive which was very good of them but at times seemed like a bit of a burden on the hotel and staff which made us a little uncomfortable using all inclusive facilities so we only ate in the hotel once a day which was mainly teatime and we could not fault the food very good, but didn't have as many drinks throughout the day or night as felt uncomfortable. The hotel is clean but we had issues with ants coming under our door from the carpet on the landing when told about this it was just noted. other than that the room was very clean the cleaners very good and reception staff also very nice especially Helena (Ellen) all staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good and at these strange times all in all the holiday was very good and would come back again thanks THB el cid
