Big garden near the pool.
Aug 2020 |

I was really surprised by the big garden with very nice shadow under the trees (olive, fig, pine)and green grass. Behind the fence - big forest. It is really unusually. The beach is only three minute walk away. The see is like a lake in the morning. There is really nice and long footpath near the see for walking, jogging, horse riding. Hotel is good, clean, meals are differentiated.People are friendly.I would recommend this place.

Lovely hotel an peaceful location
Jul 2020 |

We recently (18/07/20-25/07/20) visited this hotel as a family of 4. During the COVID period which means we did not experience in full what the hotel had to offer. The greeting at reception was not warm nor the information provided to allow us to understand timing's of the meals and location of things. The hotel had just opened but I still expected more at check in. We went to the rooms which were very simple 2x single beds in each room. We were not impressed that for an all inclusive there were no drinks or waters in the bedrooms on arrival nor throughout which there should ideally be. Breakfast served from 7-9 but the pool bar does not open until 10 am which is not good when most are around the pool for 9. The pool bar should be open from 9 and serving drinks as some dont wat breakfast only coffee or just water as there is nothing in the rooms. Plenty of sun beds and a life guard. We only utilised the all inclusive which for ice creams was limited to 3 and you had to pay more for others which I do not believe should be chargeable. The safe in the room again is chargeable which in this day and age should not be. Towels are paid by deposit and returned when the towels are handed back. There was a tax to pay on the stay which I did not realise until check out circa £100 a week for 4 persons. Beach is 10 minutes walk and a lovely small beach. Not much in the area but we expected that which meant it was nice and quiet. Lots of different nationalities which all were respectful. Smoking however should be limited to areas and not allowed in eating areas outdoor what so ever and only certain areas of the pool. The entertainment team were good and Chris got everyone involved in activities. Entertainment on each evening was nice; some better than others but something to do. Wifi was free and good coverage which may change when its full. The hotel was clean and all staff were friendly especially over this difficult period. A lovely stay which just needs some tweaks to make it better.

Exagon Park Hotel
Jul 2020 |

Another absolutely fantastic holiday here at Exagon Park Hotel. My wife and I loved our visit last year, so we brought our daughters this year.

All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, really making us feel welcome. The entertainment team, Chris and Maude, were particularly great and kept the whole family busy with lots of different activities. Excursions can be easily booked in reception we enjoyed a catamaran boat trip. The hotel was very clean and is in a great location, not far from the beach. We can't thank the staff enough for really making our family holiday amazing.
