If you prefer a good value and a good location, you have found what you are looking for. Brickell Bay is a simple hotel located a short walk from Palm Beach, one of Arubas most popular beaches. The hotel offers the guests free sun loungers and parasols on the beach, and there is also a nice swimming pool with swim up bar in the hotel area. The hotel restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the bar is open until late night. If you want a comfortable holiday, you can choose from different meal packages. If you want to treat yourself, there is also a spa at the hotel, with various treatments. There are several restaurants, shops and casinos close to the hotel. The hotel has an age limit of 16 years.
The traffic and the nightlife can be disturbing, especially in the evenings.
Everyone is welcome in the restaurant, which means it may be children in the restaurant even though it is an adult-only hotel.
The hotel has a simple gym with a few cross trainers and treadmills. If you want to treat yourself, you are welcome to the spa where you can choose from several massage, body and facial treatments.
The hotel pool has a bar you can swim to when you are up for something cool to drink.
Credit card bill of 200 USD/room is deducted upon arrival as a security deposit (the sum should be available throughout the stay).

Excellent hotel for couples. This is our 3rd time here and 2nd Christmas . It’s perfect adults only and quiet it’s less than 1/2 of the cost of the surrounding hotels and so worth it. This is the perfect place for us. We spend our days in the reserved area of the beach, doing excursions, or exploring the island and come back to relax at the quiet pool and pool bar where there is always a chair. The beach is only 1 block away and they’ll drive you in the cart.
(Just a FYI for comparison the physical distance from the hotel to the beach is the same as the Marriott surf lodge which is 600-800 a night no one is going to drive you down and you’ll never get a chair right by the ocean or away from the screaming kids. I’d choose the Brickell bay over that place any day.)
The Surrounding restaurants in one -two blocks radius all around are some of the best in Aruba. This week breakfast is complimentary at the hotel I don’t know if this is something they will keep up, but Its a great continental style breakfast and they have an upgraded coffee machine which I loveeee. I have a bad addiction to caffeine and I no longer have to go to Starbucks for my strong coffee. Even some of the expensive resorts only have Nescafé.
I’ve read some of the negative reviews on here and I highly disagree. The rooms are fine bed and pillows comfortable, in my 3 times here I have never seen a bug in my room or elsewhere and I pack my own extension cord for more outlets. I guess if you are the type of person who just wants to stay at a resort all day and be waited on this wouldn’t be a good fit, but then why would you come to Aruba the safest island in the Caribbean ?
Super nice staff
I almost don’t want to give a review because I wish it to remain secret
This is my 3rd year in a row and I plan on making it an annual thing. I rarely revisit places / countries but this is just super easy - come to Aruba and stay at Brickell Bay
Jeanrick, the manager was especially helpful and pleasant. His personal emails confirming all arrangements including airport transfer were so timely. I was going to Aruba just to be Covid tested before moving on to my destination - I could not arrange that anywhere else including my home country. It was a stressful day. Jeanrick was great and for just a one night stay,
