Adil treatment to the English.

Well..... We are here at them moment and to be an English family is really not nice. This is a predominantly German hotel, we are the only English people here and the staff treat you like utter dirt! Drinks literally thrown in the glasses and slammed in front of you, it's disgusting and we should not be treated like that at a 1* hotel nevermind a so-called 5*. The staff treat the Germans really well and it's a real shame as we came for a relaxed holiday but to be treated like we are is really not nice at all and puts a real dampener on the holiday. We paid for an all-inclusive holiday at a 5* hotel but yet we have had to go out for evening meals and entertainment because of the short hours the restaurant is open and the really awful entertainment. This is by far the worst 5* hotel we have ever been too and I would recommend any English people to stay as far away as possible.

We regularly come to Antalya and try different resorts, this one is by far the best! The staff just cant do enough for you, reception and check team are so helpful. The resort is clean and well maintained every day, the beach area and beach hut are super. Drinks and food are good quality with something for everyone. Pool is huge with lots of sunbeds, you just need to get in early to get one by the pool. Rooms ard big and cleaned well, main language is turkish and german but a little english is understood. Good location close to shops and amenities, this will be my every year resort. The property is huge and just 5 mins from the private beach area. A big thanks to Sunshine and Ugi from the animation team they are so good and make you feel welcome. Love this place its my best break so far.

Don’t get fooled by the good ratings in Booking.com and on google, I have been to a lot of 5 stars hotels in lara, belek and center of antalya and this hotel is definitely not a 5 stars hotel. I give it 3 AT MOST. the food is a disaster and strange and they “recycle” left overs from the last days and make them look like a “new dish” and the food is repeated every day, the staff only speak german, I am a german speaker myself but my friend wasn’t so she was completely ignored there. As if this place was made for germans only. not enough tanning beds and all the kids were in the adult swimming pool. The beach was full of rocks and no lifeguard, there is no enough AC around the hotel, lunch is from 12:30-2 pm and if you come near 2 pm you won’t find anything to eat until 7 pm, everything is so bad about this thing i can’t even call a hotel. The only thing we liked is the entertainment team, they were so sweet, I would never come to this hotel ever again even if I get paid 1M dollars.
