Best hotel I've visited!!

When I got there I was astonished by how big and modern the hotel is. The views are absolutely amazing and mesmerising and near to a famous town. The town is called side and there is so many gorgeous places like the restaurants on the beach (glorious view at night) and there is also roman ruins that was unexpected! The pool area is also very nice and big and the temp was perfect!! I only had one bad experience and that was a piece of meat was not cooked properly but they cooked me some more so it was basically fine. Overall, this hotel is great and close to the beach, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The people at the bar and restaurant were very friendly. The room was very clean and cosy. We loved it. Breakfast and lunch were good. Diner was very disappointing. The food was cold, dry and tasteless and not much diversity. The animation team was in our opinion not friendly, and enthousiastic like an animation team should be. I’ve seen better teams. They didn’t make the effort to talk to us or ask us to join the activities. They didn’t look very approachable. (they looked very moody to us). For the rest we liked the hotel and the other people who worked there. They work very very hard and we respect that a lot.

Stayed in better 3 star hotels!

Stayed in better 3 star hotels. Mattress’ very uncomfortable and can feel every spring - ended up sleeping on the couch. Room doesn’t have tea/coffee facilities. View from the balcony was a main road with a loud generator going all day and night. Food was poor- catered for more German and Russian than English (ended up having chicken and rice for 6 days). Hotel staff didn’t speak good English and communication was appalling. Arrived at 2am in the morning and got a phone call from reception at 9am stating we could leave the hotel without having a meeting with the hotel rep (star holidays). Had a meeting with the rep (jack) which we booked some excursions and transfer didn’t turn up meaning we booked needed to book a private taxi back costing £60! Waited 3 days to finally get the money back at 11pm. Entertainment was poor - mostly dance shows. Wouldn’t recommend. Defiantly not 5 star!
