Outstanding service . The customer experience was the priority of the entire team . The complimentary bottle of champagne ,the waitress having our hot beverage preference down the first day and the professional travel suggestion were all beyond our expectations .

We are an American couple from California. We don't usually write reviews but our experience at this hotel was so special that we just had to write a review. Our room was very nice and comfortable, but it was the customer service that we found so excellent. From the moment we checked in with the wonderful welcome at the service desk, and for the four days we stayed, was always so friendly and helpful. The bellman and Adrian were "standouts." Patricia, the concierge, was incredible. She always went way out of her way to arrange side trips, extra services and extra details we needed. She was really wonderful and so gracious. For these reasons and much more we plan to return to this hotel again.

The hotel is very nice. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Front desk staff made sure that we had our taxis to the airport at the time that we requested. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff are professional. They are very helpful. Will stay here again!
