De transfer naar de luchthaven duurt ongeveer 15 minuten.Het hotel van de betere middenklasse heeft 8 verdiepingen met in totaal 263 tweepersoonskamers en 3 suites. Het gebouw heeft bovendien een ongeveer 1.800 vierkante meter grote, goed onderhouden tuincomplex. Tot de inrichting van het hotel behoort een bar en een van airconditioning voorzien restaurant. Bovendien hebben de gasten de beschikking over een room- en wasservice. Bovendien biedt het hotel de mogelijkheid, om auto's op de parkeerplaats of in de garage te stallen.De comfortabel ingerichte kamers beschikken over een badkamer met wc, haardroger, telefoon, minibar/koelkast en een huurkluis.In het buitengedeelte bevindt zich een swimming pool. Bovendien biedt het hotel haar gasten de mogelijkheid om de sauna te gebruiken en tegen betaling te tennissen

I love it here! I went to the restaurant with my partner and had an amazing time! Saray was the sweetest most lit person there! Thank you for having us and thank you Saray for making our last day so memorable I will definitely be coming back on our next vacation

Location 10/10. Staff and customer service 10/10 except for the time share presentation which was quite aggressive, it’s not worth the discount on activities. The room itself was 6/10 but the ocean front view was 10/10. We had a water leak from the ceiling in our room, instead of offering us a new room they had someone come and patch it up while we was in the room - that was a huge turn off. Definitely stay in the new building and get the black wrist band for the the best experience. It was HOT in the lobby, unbearable. The food was a 7/10, the food was only good at the restaurants you had to make reservations for in advance. I love the location it’s near everything.

Quick Getaway to Cancun

My wife and I went to hotel Krystal for 4 nights. The hotel lobby is very nice and the property in general is clean and well kept. Once you leave the lobby, the rooms are dated but clean and could use some upgrades. This property has seen better days in some areas, but for what it lacks in aesthetics in the rooms it makes up for in the wonderful service and people. Victoria at the lobby bar stands out to me, but every employee was lovely that we encountered. The hotel is in party central so don’t be surprised by loud music on some nights until late, but it wasn’t too obnoxious. The beach is gorgeous and it was wonderful to be able to sit under a cabana, order food and drinks from the hotel and go swim in the sea at will. For the price of the all inclusive deal, I would go back here again and I would recommend to anyone reading this as long as you keep your expectations realistic.
