Located on Riva del Carbon, in the San Marco district, an old Doge's residence, the hotel is set in a historic building right next to Rialto Bridge. Guest can walk to St. Mark's Square in less than 10 min. The Rialto vaporetto stop is just outside the Palazzo Bembo. Just to 200m find Rialto, enlivened by the famous fish market, old shops and market stalls, an extraordinary place rich with pubs and restaurants.

Excellent service. Wonderful location. I couldn’t fault anything about this wonderful hotel. Right on the canal. Venice was a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing and answered all out questions.

Lovely quaint hotel

Lovely quaint 6 bedroom hotel on the third floor (with an elevator). Easy to get to as the water bus to and from the airport is right outside the door. Perfect location looking out to the Rialto bridge and only a 7 minute walk to St Marks square. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean and they offer a good selection of breakfast options. Would stay here again!

Beautiful boutique hotel

Absolutely loved this boutique hotel. We stayed in the Junior suite with view of the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge, which was spacious, clean and had a lovely comfortable bed. The hotel is on the top floor of the building with just 6 rooms. There is a lift so no need to walk up and down the stairs. Nice selection of food at breakfast, there no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms but they set up a tea/coffee station with biscuits during the afternoon/evening which you can help yourself to. There was a free bottle of Prosecco in our room on our arrival. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city, the water bus from the airport stops immediately outside. All the staff spoke perfect English. Bathroom toiletries ~ Soap, Shampoo (but no conditioner) shower gel and body lotion. There was also shower caps which were handy as we had a rainfall shower. Would highly recommend and return in a heartbeat
